Tiles are glued to backing wrong. Every other sheet had to be cut up and repositioned causing this job to take twice as long. Finally gave up and went to a box store to get tile to finish. Seller tried to say using spacers would resolve. As pictures show, spaces are very uneven and edges wouldn't even interlock correctly as they were. I've done this job for over 20 years. This is by far the worst tile ever sold. Waiting to see if seller refunds any part of my over $300 for the hassle and frustration. They are saying their manufacturer won't refund bc I don't have full boxes of uncut sheets to return. Well initially we thought it was just a sheet or two. Once we were several sheets in we realized how bad it was and we were just trying to make it work. HORRIBLE tile. Disappointing customer service. Do not buy. Zero stars. Hope this company does the right thing even if their manufacturers won't take what's left back.
