Bought these tiles for a kitchen backsplash project. Considering I have no experience with installing tiles, I was shocked at how nice the final product was. Looks very professional. It's not me, it's the quality of tile that made the final product look so nice.I ended up going with a lighter grey (almost white) grout and was happy with how it turned out. Nice but subtle contrast showcased the tile.After reading another customer review, who mentioned you could contact the seller directly with questions or to add additional tiles to order. I did, and added matching bullnose tile to the order. I received excellent customer service and an added bonus was that the additional order came in the same package with the original order in record time, intact without any issues.Would buy from the seller again. Price was fair, but service and product was excellent.Purchased this tile for a remodel project, not my own but a project my wife has been working on. This was the first time she tried ordering through Amazon and has expressed her overall satisfaction with the product and vendor’s customer service. After a delayed order, a revised order was sent next day. Overall satisfied.The customer service was amazing. The company is also amazing and has great customer service.I ordered a sample pack because it said they were porcelain tiles in the item name only to find out when they showed up that they are actually ceramic. Wasted $9 because of a lie.
